A large cyclindrical cheese mould without a bottom. Dimensions Height 29.5cm Across the top and bottom 13.5cm This is unusually large. A cheese mould for making soft cheese and other cheeses that do not need to very pressed. It could hold around 500g for a small, disc shaped cheese to maybe a couple of kgs. I have a large hard cheese mould listed too, with a follower. Unused, bought from a French cheese making supplies outfit.
