Made with eggs from our own quail flocks here at Cross Bank Farm, Wem.These jars contain a minimum of 15 quail eggs, gently pickled in our own vinegar with a lightly spiced and herbed brine.Bright, tangy and rather moreish, perfect for salads, grazing boards, or eaten straight from the jar when nobody’s looking! We have two quail flocks here on the farm, Coturnix, which produce speckled eggs and Celadon who make beautifully pale blue eggs. Our flocks live in fully enclosed, very large, outdoor enclosures with plenty of hides, straw and branches to climb and shout from!
