Owned from new. Helix LT in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear. Comes updated with the latest firmware. Soft case like new. Shipped with power cable and USB transfer cable (in original box if preferred). One footswitch, while completely functional, sometimes doesn't trigger first time (top row, column C). This might very well be an issue that a factory reset would fix but in the interest of transparency...
