Condition is New. Sold as a pair. It will be dispatched un-painted but with 6mm conductive rubber tubing already fitted. Your TENS cables plug secures the other end. Just plug in your 2mm pins and then open up the clamp before pulling any nipple shaped object though the conductive rubber jaws.
