Be careful when installing and if too tight slightly ream out/sand the holes. For tuner holes 3/8" or 10mm (Mighty Mite necks and many modern spec Fender necks) choose the 10mm size. 3 sizes for more options - 10mm, 10.2mm and 10.7mm.
