PAI MU TAN. Pai Mu Tan leaves are plucked from a special varietal tea bush and the leaves are allowed to dry naturally in the sun. Only special two leaves and a bud are selected. Do not be misled by the mildness of your tea, it still has comparatively high levels of tannin.
