I iMac Mid 2007 24” And One 2010 21.5” Spears Or Repair

Here I have 2 iMacs as you can see from the pictures the 24” mid 2007 turns on and has slight yellowing on the screen but won’t let you reinstall OS X so maybe a hard drive needed but don’t know.
