Mahogany Cherry Italian Inlay Marquetry Colonial Large Single 3FT 6” Bed

I would say circa 1800. I think this is using cherry. There is an extra central support pair of tapered legs, which has been added later but in a sympathetic style. It has almost all of its original brass fittings except one (but there is an extra bolt included so the bed is fully functional without it).
