Size of sofa is 212cm back, 164cm chaise sticking out, height of backs arms 60cm ,with pillows 78cm ,like smallish 4 seater. All our products have a minimum of 6 months manufacturers warranty. Our warranty does not extend to fibre cushion fillings or seats.
