This is a beautiful 8 inch decorative plate of the 1991 The Original "In Disgrace" child with her dog and broken vase. It was first issued by Charles Burton Barber in the collector's plate series entitled A Victorian Childhood. It is in great condition with no chips, scratches, or cracks. There is no stand.
