Handpainted Miniature Chinese Flat Fine Cement or Plaster Ornaments Set of 8
Looking at the back of them, they are poured into molds, and it really looks like a fine concrete. Once dried they are painted white then painted with the details. They don't weigh much, but are pretty cute.
