This rooflight was damaged when handling it on site so is brand new and repaired as can be seen in the photos. The new cost was £3500.00. The overall dimensions are 2200 x 1800mm and the upstand on the roof will need to be no greater than 2190 x 1790mm and perfectly square. The frame has a down stand of 45mm to go over the upstand. This is a high spec rooflight and should not be confused with other cheaper ones. I’m able to do a delivery including a mini spider crane install but this will need to be discussed.
