Long Sporteq boxing bag, 5ft, designed to be hung by three straps with D rings. Included are the hook and chains needed to hang from the ceiling. It needs to be hung from a ceiling beam, not just any part of the ceiling. We hung it in our home. Remember, it's heavy. Approx 29.5kg. (I extended the hang by using black rope which I will not be included.) It's in good shape, no tears I can see, and was used not just for punching but kick boxing.
