Wilton super precision self centering machine vise with swivel base. Comes with gunsmith jaws (steel/plastic) installed which lower the opening capacity a bit. This one has a twisted leadscrew wrench spot and is functional but a little stiff and may need a little work. It does open and close and was in a production environment until an arms manufacturer closed up shop not to long ago. Actual item pictured.
