Genus of large, plant-eating ornithischian dinosaurs of the Late Cretaceous Epoch (100–65.5 million years ago). The limbs were very stout, and the hind limbs were more massive than the forelimbs. They functioned by shearing in a vertical to near-vertical orientation.
