Beautiful hand designed mug or can be used as a planter says Puerto penasco. It is glazed on the internal part of the mug with a beautiful blue lip. It does have some light scuff marks and imperfections but it gives it character. In my opinion, the outside of the cup is more of a rough feeling matte finish with the exception of the glazing of the flower details. There is no brakes, chips or cracks however.
