Video converter box that takes in video (standard yellow phono connection) or S-Video and outputs VGA. Can also input VGA so it acts as a video switcher between the VGA input and the video / S-Video input. It was used successfully with a VGA output from a computer and the S-Video out from a DV camera for sending to the VGA input of a PC projector.
