It turns on and does the air pump thing. The dial works, the screen is clear. T There are no accessories or other hardware included. It does come with rechargeable batteries and gel case. It’s recently ran out of Calibration. It was purchased from an auction lot so its previous history is unknown. Cosmetically it’s ok and all the buttons operate
