Opened but everything in it is unused. I have tested the mini vacum and it works surprisingly well. It also includes a wet cleaning tape which is quite rare as most are dry cleaners and the fluid will help to break down the more stubborn head contaminants. The bottles are full of fluid so none has evaporated. It is unbranded. The case has some scuffs and storage/age marks but no damage Some branding may differ from the photos to the one you receive.
