think this is 8 meter long bought this new for our caravan several years ago. the caravan has long gone but the awning has been stored in our garage. we only used it a couple of times so has some dirty marks on it but everything is as it should be, no tears or rips and all zips work as they should. there is also an extra extention on one end for a bedroom or extra storage.
