Made in 2007, new old stock. It lights up and beeps when held up to a working bulb. It can be put on the end of a pole so no need to take the lights down or go up a ladder. The blister pack is becoming unglued but the battery seal is still in place so it is likely to have never been used Being nearly 20 years old I can’t say the supplied batteries are still good to use but I will include two new ones.
