Hi this is a buy it now for a basically new Dēlonghi Nespresso One coffee pod machine. I bought this item as an amazon return as it was described as faulty. The fault was that the milk frother didn't work but as soon as I tested it, it worked perfectly. I have tested it 10 times with a full pack of pods and no problems. I believe that the owner didn't fully understand how to use the frother. I downloaded the instruction manual and followed how to use the machine and all was ok. grab yourself a bargain Any questions please don't hesitate to contact me
