Advertising/Shopping bike , in good working order , it’s an Elswick Hopper, no gears and has metal rod brakes, it is very old and rides perfectly with no issues or strange noises. A beautiful old bike with a lovely basket ideal for bread rolls or croissants . Could either be left showing its patina which money can’t buy or could be easily restored with infill sign panel.
