It comes with: - A40 Tr Headset - Aux cable (Headset to Mixamp) - Mixamp Pro - Micro usb (Mixamp to Console/PC) - 2 way splitter (for use on PC) - Aux (Mixamp to PC) - Optical cable (For TV) everything you need to play right away Works perfectly fine, I've included a video showing the mixamp on and the headset making sound hooked up to my PS5. It also works on ps4 and PC The Mixamp condition is excellent, but the headset has a lot of chipped paint on the top and on one cup. I've documented this in the photos and I've tried my best to clean it up, but someone more dedicated could remove it or paint over it Let me know if you have any questions
