I bought this a year ago from a German vintage pen restorer. It is a lovely pen and I used it for a couple of months. However, I decided that a slightly larger pen suits my writing style; hence this Montblanc 144 Classique with cartridge converter, box and instructions from the 1970s or 80s is here for sale. See the photographs for condition, it is pretty good. The only noticeable wear is to the gold ring nearest the nib. This is very common on 144s of this era. The cap band has been polished and plated by the pen restorer I bought it from. It writes nicely with its vintage 14 K nib. Rather than receive negative feedback, any purchaser unhappy with their item may return it in its original condition to receive a full refund.
