READ! laptop works fine used for a year ish as my back up to my PC. when resetting windows I believe I did something wrong which resulted in some blue screening (something to do with gpu drivers) no too technical so dont know what, have taken it to a shop who messed around with the settings and replaced the battery so all working now, however cant garanturee it. no box and comes with charger
