Please see the photographs for the pen’s condition. The Vacumatic system’s diaphragm has been replaced and the ink filling systems functions. The twist lock of the of the filling button does not work, but it is held firmly in place by screwing on the end cap. During the pen’s life the original nib has been replaced by an 14 K gold English Parker Duofold Junior nib dating from the 1950s; probably because they had stopped making the Vacumatics when they needed to replace the nib. Whoever changed the nib did a great job because it is fitted perfectly and writes well. Rather than receive negative feedback, any purchaser unhappy with their purchase may return it in its original condition to receive a full refund.
