This is in the same condition as it arrived from Amazon and has been stored carefully in its originally packaging since then. Small mark I have found from taking out of protective cover The book itself is unread, tightly bound, clean. The suedette pouch and suedette box lining are as new. The envelope containing the prints sits inside a pocket on the underside of the lid of the box. These have never been removed. The outer white slipcase has some minor wear which be while stored on a high shelf. They have only been removed to look at them once The pictures show the item that you are purchasing and will be sent in good quality packaging.
