Brand new unbuilt set. All minifigures and their accessories have been removed and the bags have been resealed. Includes instruction manual and box, box sales were cut with knife. Shows signs of shelf wear particularly along the edges and has retail stickers applied. Manual is sealed in envelope so cannot verify presence of stickers - if they are missing Lego customer support can send replacements.
