These are new from 1989 (still has receipt and tags and bag with them), however it looks like the bottom plastic melted with the bottom foam a bit. It appears it can be removed but there will be damage to the foam at the bottom in the two spots where the plastic and foam melted. Top foam is deteriorating which is to be expected. Still smells like googles you'd buy in late 80s. Please let me know if you have any questions.
