Its a hard plastic cassette storage case finished with an all around padded plastic coating. Inside it inbuilt slots to securly hold 15 tapes, the outer coating has a zip closure with a large colourful image all over of hippos within a pool wearing headphones with 'Hip Tunes' written to the side.
