PHOENIX E-1 ELECTRONIC AUTOMATIC GUMMED PAPER PACKAGING TAPE DISPENSER tested! Works, but could use some TLC on the motor or something inside. Makes some noise, when dispenses. Dispensed 3 strips of 12" lengths and one is slightly off. Not sure why. Heater works. Many expensive parts on this, if you want to keep your tape machine running. Gum tape is not included.
