well used but in in working condition. I purchased used recently for work as an alternative for my over ear headset but turns out I'm easily distracted and having one ear free isn't for me. can easily do 4 hours of calls on a single charge (never had to do longer) and it charges super quick with the case. I really like the USB dongle for connection as it means it's good to go as soon as you need it rather than waiting for Bluetooth to connect (another issue I don't like about my current headset) there's quite a lot of rubber on the case which is quite hard to clean and marks easy but overall in completely usable condition any questions please ask
