This was made by KPM (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur). This is the second oldest porcelain manufacturer in Germany, founded in 1763. The base has beautifully milled gilt with a honey like hue. The base has the early sceptre mark dating the piece to 1765 to 1820.
