This is a Lorch Schmidt vertical slide and milling spindle for use on an 8mm lathe. It is in exceptional condition for its age. The plating is very good and it runs smoothly. N.B. The drawbar is not original. It will grip and tighten 8mm Lorch collets but it is a standard 8mm drawbar that has been adapted to fit this accessory.
