Item is new and never used open box. I personally opened the package. I noticed the parts diagram shows two of the black inlet/outlets. This one only came with one. It looks like certain configurations you might need two. I'm not sure if it's supposed to come with the second one. Just trying to be thorough in the description. The part I'm talking about I circled in red in the last picture. Everything else is included as shown in the pictures. The box itself has some minor distressing. Thanks for looking.
