Near new Garret T28 turbocharger with forged actuator running yellow spring 14psi. This turbo came off a forged CA18 I recently purchased - only reason I'm selling, is because I had a different turbo ready to go on the engine so this is surplus to requirements. The turbo has zero shaft play and there are two gaskets included - one of which is brand new. Don't hesitate to message me if you need anymore details or pictures.
