This is a 75Ω to 600Ω balun; 75Ω unbalanced into a bayonet coaxial connector, slightly larger than a BNC, and 600Ω balanced onto a threaded pillar on each side. It has a frequency response of 1MHz - 30MHz and is rated a 5 Watts.
