its in good to very good condition always had a case protector and screen protector fitted so only has a few slight losses of the black finish on the sides , its never been repaired or taken apart, its unlocked and reset ready for use the included headphones and charger have never been used,the lead has been used, I broke the screen protector while trying take to photos of the actual screen, so you can either use as is or replace it It will come with the case protector with the magnetic mount any questions please ask
