Plantronics headset that I have owned since new and only used whilst I was working from home. The unit is in very good condition apart from the earpiece covers that are now beginning to crack but new ones can be easily obtained. I have powered the item up and all buttons are working and the headset charges. I am unable to test it on a conventional phone line but it was working fine when last used. I only ever used this on a PSTN phone line but it can also be connected to a PC, etc. if required. The PSTN and power leads are included. I do not have the user manual but this can easily be downloaded online.
