Ed for Sale is this Beautiful Sterling Silver Taper Candle Holder with Repousse Scroll Rim and Finger Ring. The bottom of the taper holder has a maker's mark which I have been unable to make out. In addition, there is the word Sterling and the numbers 321 V on the bottom.
