Max opening 700mm x 550mm Send me the size you would like the loft hatch made to giving around 5mm for clearance, so for example I f the hole size in the ceiling measures 800mm x 500mm you would require a hatch around 795mm x 495mm to allow room for fitting. The outside of the frame would be made to your measurements but the architrave part would be wider to close any gaps. The door is loose fitting 12mm mdf and sits on top of the clapping strip. The loft hatch is sold unfinished and would need painting in. Please note this is made to measure so can take up to 7 days before being sent.
