This phone charges and boots. It appears to accept different SIM cards so I believe it is unlocked. I have not tested it beyond that. Has some sticker residue and red paint marks on the rear cover. The front shows wear and tear. The listing is for the phone and a genuine battery. No SIM card is included. Sold at a discount for parts.
