Any Holy Land artifacts imported after 1970 were approved for export by the Israel Antiquities Authority. Certificate of Authenticity's for artifacts: I make and issue my own COA's. A COA for an artifact is WORTHLESS unless it was issued by the person you bought the artifact from.
