Bought new so we have all the parts it was sold with. The brushes have stopped turning; we weren’t sure if this was due to new hard flooring but it’s hit and miss. I contacted Miele and you can pay £175 for them to come out and do a guaranteed repair. See photos. I think we still have the instructions. We also have the wall holder which we need to remove to include. I’d prefer collection but I’ll try and work out cost to post and see if I can get a strong box.
