For Parts or Repair, no box or rear i/o shield Motherboard receives power from the 24pin power connector, however will not respond when power switch is pressed or shorted. CMOS battery was swapped and CMOS cleared, still no response. Tested with known working CPU, RAM and GPU, still no response. Likely to have faulty VRMs, Super I/O or Chipset.
