icom M35 in great condition and fully operational. radio has been programmed to the latest VDES requirements. additional programming is available at request. comes with belt clip, charger cradle and lead. (lead needs to be used via 12v source) i do have a 2 pin mains charger ill also include. i will mark live and earth on the cable for 12v supply. all my radios are tested and are in working condition before shipping.
