The unit powers up and displays a red light and a noise can be heard but the 2 x tape heads do not turn. On carefully opening the unit up the belt drive has snapped. A replacement belt drive can be purchased separately on eBay for around £7. These fetch £50 working. Cones with some Philips SBC HL145 headphones.
