It dries to a strong clear flexible film. Use to thin oil paint to improve the flow of the paint, to level out the brush marks and for glazing, with non-yellowing properties. Touch dry in 12 to 24 hours depending on ambient temperature.Can be further thinned with Zest-it Oil Paint Dilutant and Brush Cleaner.
