This is a BRAND NEW replacement internal power supply, part #95C8603, for Shure U4S and U4D wireless receivers. Note: The brand and appearance has changed slightly from the original, but specs and hookup are identical. Shure now sources the replacement power supplies for the U4S/U4D receivers from the same brand that they use in the new UR4S/UR4D receivers. Even though the UHF-Series receivers are an industry workhorse and designed to last virtually forever, the internal power supply is subject to fail after years of faithful service. I was able to source some from the original manufacturer which have never been used. These have been stored in a static-free, conductive Mylar package since new. These are not generic equivalents, but are the exact same part number used inside.
